New brochure on the Asian Development Bank's Accountability Mechanism

The Accountability Mechanism is the grievance mechanism of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Through this mechanism, people can file complaints in cases they are or could negatively be impacted as a result of an ADB-assisted project.

The Asian Development Bank is a multilateral development bank that primarily supports public sector projects through loans, grants and technical assistance in the core areas: infrastructure, environment, regional cooperation and integration, finance sector development and education.

The brochure outlines the key policies and procedures of the Accountability Mechanism and how to file complaints.
